Lost Property Policy

Castlerosse Park Resort is not responsible for any item that is left behind or mislaid followng a guests stay. We cannot guarantee that all items will be found. If an item is found within the hotel premises, in a guest bedroom or in one of our self-catering houses, it will be recorded and safeguarded for 90 days. Perishable items will be disposed of immediately. 

If you are missing an item and believe it may have been left behind at the hotel please email reception@castlerosse.ie with the following information:

• Full Name
• Mailing Address & Eircode (to which the Lost Property item should be returned)
• Room Number
• Date of Departure
• Brief Description of the item you are missing

The hotel will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your lost property enquiry.

If your item is found the hotel will return Lost Property items by postal service. Please note a delivery charge will apply. A member of our team will contact you to request credit card details for payment of the postage & packaging. Should you rather an alternative postal method, please indicate this in your email.
