At the Castlerosse, we pride ourselves on providing a wide range of dining choices and this season is no exception with our newly refurbished Mulligans Pub & Lakeview Restaurant now open to both guests and locals alike.
A vibrant and relaxing décor, a mouth-watering Menu and the best views of the Killarney National Park, all combine to make a unique and memorable experience. Whether it’s a quiet drink by the bar, a leisurely lunch overlooking the lake view or a cup of coffee over a read of the morning paper, we have it all. Here’s just a little taste of what to expect.
Hungry Does It….
Our Bar Food is served from 12.30pm until 9.00pm daily and offers a wide variety of casual dining options to suit all tastes. All of our ingredients are locally sourced, so you can be guaranteed quality and freshness every time.
Choose from some of our traditional dishes like the Fish ‘N Chips with crispy deep fried goujons of fresh Altantic Fish or our sumptuous Smoked Salmon Platter from the Light Bites Menu to popular classics such as our delectable 8oz Burger made with 100% Irish Beef and topped with bacon and cheese as well as family favourites such as our delicious freshly cooked Pizzas from our Pizza Kitchen.

Time For A Pint
With nightly entertainment, a warm and friendly atmosphere and the best pint of Guinness this side of the National Park, Mulligans Traditional Irish Pub is undoubtedly one of the best spots to sit back, relax and unwind after a busy day.
Of course, we recommend no visit is complete without a pint of the black stuff, but we also sugguest sampling some of our other Irish favourites such as our extensive range of Irish Whiskeys, classic Gins and local Craft Beers, brewed right here in Killarney Town. Well it would be rude not to, right?

Cocktail O’Clock
As well as serving up a range of traditional drinks to delight our guests, mixing up a selection of tantalizing and tempting cocktails is something we love to do here in Mulligans so if your poison is a classic Cosmopolitan, a refreshing Mojito or a ‘wake me you before you go-go’ Espresso Martini, you are sure to be spoilt for choice with our Cocktails Menu.

Lounging Around
Our new layout also makes Mulligans the best location to lounge on a cup of coffee, (or three), read the paper or take in the breath-taking lake view which is a focal point of the restaurant.
Just drop in, pick a cosy corner and watch the world, (or should we say park) go by. You can even bring your slippers if you like, we don’t mind.
